Strength & Power Output:
With the use of ForceFrame/Hand Held Dynamometers, Force Plates and other equipment to assess an athlete’s maximal strength, power output and muscle imbalances.

Speed & Agility Testing:
We use timing gates and other tools to measure an athlete’s running speed, acceleration, deceleration, change of direction and footwork.

Endurance Testing:
We use VO2 max testing, lactate threshold testing, and other techniques to determine an athlete’s aerobic and anaerobic fitness, energy system utilisation and recovery capacity.

Injury Risk Profile:
Hop Tests, Range Of Motion Testing, Y Balance Test and a variety of other techniques help us determine the injury risk profile of an athlete.
