We understand that sometimes expected and unexpected circumstances can arise, we are sorry to see you go but please fill out the following form to cancel your membership.
Please note:
Athletes who have been with us less than 12 months are required to pay 50% of the remaining fee on their contract.
Athletes who have been with us for longer than 12 months are required to provide 28 days notice before a cancellation request will be processed.
