Strength and Conditioning Providers for Montrose Football Netball Club
We are excited to announce that SRA Sports Therapy has been appointed as the official strength and conditioning providers for the Montrose Football Netball Club Senior Men in the upcoming EFL Division 1 Competition for 2025.
Montrose is widely known as one of the largest football Clubs in the Eastern Suburbs and the opportunity to work with their Senior Program is one we are truly excited about.
Under the guidance of Senior Coach Gary Ayres; a 5 time AFL Premiership Player with Hawthorn, 2 x Norm Smith Medallist and AFL Hall of Fame inductee, this young and talented group is poised to take that next step towards winning a premiership, and we couldn’t be more excited to contribute to this journey.
Our High Performance Team featuring; Shaun Atkins, Rahni Samason and Ally Bates, will play a pivotal role in delivering world class strength and conditioning support to the squad. Our focus will be on increasing athletic performance, building mental resilience, and ensuring athletes are at their peak both physically and mentally throughout the season.
Earlier this week we sat down with Senior Head Coach Gary Ayres and he had this to say about the recent partnership:
“The Montrose Football Netball Club is really excited about the acquisition of SRA Sports Therapy and we as a club believe that Shaun and his team will take our S&C Program to another level in 2024/2025.”
