SRA Junior Affiliate Basketball Coaches
About Our Affiliate Program
The SRA Junior Affiliate Program is designed to connect upcoming athletes with top-tier coaches and industry professionals who bring elite-level experience, mentorship, and coaching to our community.
Our junior affiliate program provides direct access to expert coaching and guidance helping young athletes take their game to the next level. By partnering with former SRA athletes, NBL1 players, elite coaches, and private trainers, we ensure that every athlete who walks through our doors benefits from the best resources, support, and knowledge available.
SRA is more than just a gym, we are a high-performance network who help athletes succeed both on and off the court.
Let’s introduce our Junior Affiliate Basketball Coaches:
Denzel Facun – “King Calves”
If you’ve been around SRA long enough, you already know Denzel Facun – the OG intern and now Owner of All Out Basketball. A State Development Coach and Assistant Coach for Bulleen Boomers U16 Girls, Denzel brings an elite basketball mind combined with his passionate energy and leadership. Whether he’s on the court or in the gym, “King Calves” (nicknamed by SRA athletes) knows how to get the job done.
Nathan Poelsma – Pro Precision Founder & NBL1 Athlete
From SRA athlete to NBL1 player, Nathan Poelsma is the definition of hard work and precision – literally! As the owner of Pro Precision, Nathan has built a reputation for elite-level skills training, helping athletes refine their game. Currently suiting up in the NBL1 for Diamond Valley, Nathan’s experience as both an athlete and coach makes him an invaluable asset to the SRA community.
Hayden Morris – Knox Raiders & South East Phoenix Coach
A rising star in the coaching world, Hayden Morris is the Head Coach of the Knox Junior Raiders 18.1s, Assistant Coach for Knox NBL1 Men, and an Intern Coach with South East Melbourne Phoenix. His high-level coaching experience across junior and professional basketball gives our athletes a direct pathway to elite basketball insights and development.
Matt Dwyer – Kilsyth Cobras & Former SRA Athlete
A past SRA athlete turned high-level coach, Matt Dwyer is now the Head Coach of Kilsyth U14.1 Boys and an Assistant Coach for Kilsyth NBL1 Women. Matt’s deep understanding of player development – both as an athlete and coach, brings valuable insights into what it takes to succeed at the next level.
These four coaches bring a unique blend of expertise, energy, and experience, and we couldn’t be more excited to have them part of the SRA community.
