Blackburn Vikings Program Results
We recently ran a 12 week program with the Blackburn Vikings Junior Basketball Association which involved a number of performance combine days, athlete/coach education workshops and an online program for 300+ athletes to follow. On average we saw an 8% improvement between testing and retesting days.
To learn more about our Team/Club Training Programs you can visit the following link.
MLBC Program Results
Our inaugural 8 week program with MLBC was also a great success – Each athlete improved by an average of 9% across all tests including; vertical jump, sprint speed, reaction times and agility.
We are looking forward to repeating this program in Term 4 for the Mount Lilydale Lakers Basketball Community.
8 Week SRA Program
A new program at SRA, our 8 week “In House” Program has been designed for athletes who are new to the gym and looking for an introduction to athlete development, movement and strength training.
This program is strictly limited to the first 15 athletes to sign up, if you have a friend or family member interested, please direct them to this link.
SRA Quiz
We are excited to announce the introduction of the SRA Monthly Quiz which will be based on the content delivered across this newsletter. If you manage to answer all the questions correctly, you will be placed in the draw to win a gift voucher from SRA.
This month’s gift voucher is a $50 Hoyts Movie Card.
**Please note, we are still actively looking for a small business to endorse our “Monthly Quiz”. For all enquiries or suggestions please reach out to info@srasportstherapy.com.au
Final Note
With many athletes still in finals/heading away for the September school holidays, we saw our average number of total sessions increase to 2.8 for the month, falling just short of our goal.
Let’s keep working towards that 3.0 target. Your commitment to the program and ability to find time to take care of your body is what drives our culture and high success rate on game day.
Lastly, it’s been awesome to see so many familiar faces returning for the off season, excited to keep getting that work in with everyone.
“Dreams > Actions > Results”
See you in October
