Our 8 Week Athlete Development Program is a beginner-Intermediate course designed to teach athletes the skills on how to run faster, jump higher, and become stronger on the court/field. Athletes will develop essential skills that directly improve their movement, strength, boost self-confidence, and reduce their risk of injury.

– Pre & Post Performance Testing (Speed, Agility & Vertical Jump)
– Introduction to proper warm up, cool down & athlete recovery strategies
– Introduction to mobility, strength & core training specific for athletes
– Improve speed, power, strength & overall athleticism

10+ years of experience, trusted by many professional athletes and healthcare professionals, Shaun is the expert when it comes to helping athletes refine their movements and develop the foundations needed for athletic success.
