Angok Angok | Angok came to us a little over 7 weeks ago with ongoing knee pain and looking to get in shape for the upcoming basketball season.
Angok has been working hard, averaging 3.71 sessions per week along with 1-2 conditioning sessions, his knee pain is completely gone and his body is feeling the best it has ever been. |
Annaliese Driscoll | Annaliese is a long time athlete of SRA who recently returned home from College basketball. She has been hard at work, averaging 3.67 sessions per week (traveling all the way from Greensborough).

Term 4 programs have yet again prospered with each program fully booked out at MLBC Lakers Basketball, our in-house program at SRA and a special 6 week program with the Kilsyth Cobras 14’1 Boys – Thanks to Matt Dwyer for organising this one.
