About the Program
This is not your typical training session.
In just one hour per week, you’ll experience a unique blend of mental skills training and real-world advice from current professional athletes, coaches and trainers – all designed to give you a competitive edge on and off the court.
These are the exact techniques trusted by pro athletes such as Aaron Gordon, Jaylen Brown, Zach LaVine and Karl Anthony-Towns, tools they have used since they were 11 years old to stay sharp, confident, and ready for anything.
How the Program Works
Each 60-minute session is split into two powerful halves:
First 30 minutes: Mental Skills Training
Learn how to perform under pressure, stay focused in chaos, and increase your confidence – no matter the scoreboard.
Second 30 minutes: Pro Athlete Mentorship
Hear directly from elite basketball players, coaches, and performance experts who share their stories, experiences, and the mindset behind their success.

Meet the Coaches
Josh Kunen – Founder & Athlete Mindset Coach
“I was the player who lacked confidence. Even when I made national teams, I doubted myself. That all changed when I learned how to train my mind.”
Born in Ethiopia and raised in country Victoria, Josh fell in love with basketball at age 10 despite claiming to have no natural skill through persistence, he rose to play at the AIS and eventually earned a D1 scholarship at the University of San Francisco. There, he studied psychology and was mentored by an elite Mental Skills Coach by the name of Graham Betchart.
Josh now plays professionally with the Brisbane Bullets in the NBL and is passionate about helping the next generation of hoopers unlock their potential through mindset.
Graham Betchart – Mindset Skills Coach
Renowned NBA mental performance coach, Graham has worked with Aaron Gordon, Jaylen Brown, Zach Lavine, Karl Anthony-Towns, Andrew Wiggins and many other top tier athletes.
Graham is the creator of the “Play Present” system, the MVP (Meditate, Visualise, Positive Affirmation) routine, and the WIN (What’s Important Now) mindset — all of which are featured in this program.
His tools have been used by the Sacramento Kings, UConn Huskies, and countless others chasing greatness.
Shaun Atkins – Athletic Performance Coach
Founder and Director of SRA Sports Therapy, Shaun has spent over a decade helping athletes maximise both physical and mental performance.
He’s worked with basketball stars including Angus Glover, Mitch McCarron, Dillon Stith, Abbey Ellis, Gemma Potter, Alicia Froling and many other highly talented Australian and International basketball athletes.
Shaun’s ability to guide athletes through injury, build elite habits, and strengthen the mind makes him one of the most respected coaches in the country.
