We are off to a flying start in 2025, with February shaping up to be another big month at SRA.
Grace George was our featured athlete of the month where she shares some insight into the mental and physical battles of her horrific knee injury where she is about to head into her 6th surgery.
We deliver an exclusive interview about great leadership qualities with the Hawthorn Legend and AFL Hall of Fame inductee Gary Ayres.
Our programs at Knox Raiders Basketball Club and Montrose Football Club are dialling up their preparation for practice matches which are just around the corner.
We are excited to announce that we have started running an U8’s and U10’s Junior Academy in collaboration with Knox Basketball.
Our 8 week Athlete Development Program sold out for the second time in a row.
And we welcome plenty of new members to the SRA family.

Team S&C Programs
We are looking for 3 junior representative sporting teams interested in completing a 6 week program across Term 1 to work on their athlete development, injury prevention and strength training.

Judd Hansen | Judd is a SANFL Football Athlete from Adelaide who has been with SRA for 2 years and has only ever missed a handful of gym sessions.
Any chance he gets, Judd flies across to visit the gym and most recently visited during the Christmas holidays, sharing the news that he broke the chain during his team performance testing (SRA Strong) |
Ally Bates | Ally has been super consistent with her ACL rehab at SRA, averaging 4.58 sessions per week across the festive season, she even took on the responsibility of walking Shaun’s dog Cleo each day while he was away.
