90-Minute Goal Setting & Performance Screen
Every athlete’s journey starts with a distinct goal in mind.
The problem is, most athletes don’t have access to the roadmap to achieve these goals.
Our Performance Screen and Goal Setting Meeting is designed to show you exactly what you need to be doing to achieve these goals.
The performance screen will take you through a battery of tests including; mobility, stability, strength and performance based testing.
The goal setting component requires an honest (and often brutal conversation) about your current program, lifestyle habits and training routines.

4-Week Individualised Training Program

Following the goal setting and performance screen, we invest our time into writing up your 4 week individualised training plan and success strategy.
This detailed and exclusive playbook is hand crafted to provide you with the exact roadmap which guarantees that you achieve your goals.
