Tyler Bartley | Tyler has been an athlete with SRA for 18 months now, during this time he has stayed consistent in the gym averaging a total of 2.42 sessions per week, adding 8cm to his vertical jump overall. |
Erica Cid | Erica is a new athlete to SRA through our affiliation program with Knox Basketball. In only 6 weeks, Erica has already seen PB’s in her leg press, squat and bench press, averaging a perfect 3.0 sessions per week.

Kilsyth U14’s Program
Congratulations to the Kilsyth Cobras 14’1 Boys who completed their first ever 6 week program with SRA, seeing an average improvement of 3% across the group (Even after a physical Friday night game + intense on court session prior to testing) – Thanks again to Matt Dwyer for organising these sessions.

Final Note
November saw an average of 2.68 sessions per week. With Christmas holidays around the corner, it is super important to plan ahead. In our experience the athlete who wins Christmas is the one who gets their training done early in the day.
