Building Better Athletes at Diamond Valley Basketball Association
Over the weekend we had the privilege of working with 500+ representative athletes at Diamond Valley Basketball Stadium, delivering a full warm-up and injury prevention session designed to set the standard for how athletes prepare for training and competition across the upcoming season.
Our goal was simple: teach athletes the tools and routines they need to stay healthy, move better, and reduce their risk of injury. By breaking down what a quality warm-up looks like and why movement matters, we gave athletes the chance to walk away with habits that will support them for years to come.
A big thank you goes to Coach Ben Galea for leading the sessions with great energy, enthusiasm and expertise, and to our Facility Manager Jacob Avery whose behind-the-scenes and front of scene support ensured everything ran smoothly
Looking Ahead: Family Day & Jump Testing Competition
The excitement doesn’t stop there. Coming up, we’ll be back at Diamond Valley Basketball Stadium for the Family Day event on the 9th November where we’ll be running an exclusive jump testing competition.
Athletes will have the chance to test their vertical jump with the winners earning something special:
An invitation to join our Term 1 Junior Athlete Development Program in 2026
