Mount Lilydale Basketball Program
Next week marks the final session for our inaugural 8 week strength & conditioning program with Mount Lilydale Lakers Basketball Club. We are super pleased with the development we have seen by all athletes and are excited for the Term 4 program to begin.
Final Note
Total sessions completed per athlete/per week is currently sitting at 2.7 – With the off season in full swing our goal is to reach a minimum of 3 sessions per athlete/per week.
If you can only make it to SRA once or twice per week, we have plenty of options for workouts that you can be doing from home or at a local gym.
Any questions, ask your coach, we are here to ensure you keep doing everything possible to become the best version of yourselves.
See you in September
