Directors Summary
June gave us a great reminder of how much momentum is building across SRA, both inside the gym and throughout our wider community. It has been exciting to see more Junior ADP athletes progress into our high performance program, the SRA Medical team continue to grow, and new opportunities are opening up for our athletes through programs, partnerships and representative pathways.
This month, I’m especially proud of the consistency shown across the board. From our Junior ADP and Mernda Netball Club sessions, to the Edinburgh College Holiday Camps, college basketball opportunities (congratulations Chayse), and athletes representing Australia on the national stage, there has been plenty to celebrate. These moments reflect the work being done by our broader community.
A special congratulations to Ryder Brookes and Mia Kellock as our GYG Athletes of the Month. Both have shown great ownership in different stages of their journey, and they represent the standards we want to keep building at SRA.
Thank you to everyone who continues to contribute to our environment. We’re proud of the direction we’re heading and excited for what’s ahead.
