New SRA Strength & Conditioning Program Launches in Melbourne’s North-East!
Kicking Off July 28th at Diamond Valley Basketball Association.
We’re excited to announce the launch of our latest Junior Athlete Development Program, designed specifically for young athletes across Melbourne’s North-East suburbs. Delivered in partnership with the Diamond Valley Basketball Association, this program is all about giving junior hoopers the tools, coaching, and confidence they need to elevate their game – both on and off the court.

Start Date: Monday, 28th July
Who It’s For: U12’s/U14’s and U16’s/U18’s options available for junior athletes who are looking to build strength, speed, power and resilience specifically tailored for basketball.
What Is the Junior Athlete Development Program?
Our program bridges the gap between skills training and physical development, helping athletes unlock their potential through:
- Age-appropriate strength and conditioning
- Speed, agility & power training designed for basketball athletes
- Injury prevention and body awareness
